I'm getting an error when I attempt to enter my National Insurance number.

When you attempt to enter your National Insurance number into Salary Extras, you may receive an error that it's invalid. This is typically because you've already entered this against a different account, for example, if your previous employer also used Salary Extras.

To resolve this, please contact us and ensure you have your National Insurance number or employee number to verify your identity.
