How can I add, amend or a verify a mobile number within my access evo account?

Before you can purchase instant discounts, cinema discounts, and log in to Salary Extras via multi-factor authentication, you need to verify your mobile number.

You can add and verify your mobile number during the registration process. For security, you may also need to verify your mobile number for Salary Extras. To do this via Access Evo, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to Access Evo then click Access Button .

  2. Click Salary Extras then, from the left-hand menu, click My Account.

  3. Click Account Settings then enter your mobile number.

  4. Click Update. Once you've done this, you'll receive a verification code via email.

  5. Enter the verification code then click Submit.

If you've already registered for Salary Extras without entering your mobile number, please contact us on 0330 100 0911, and we'll verify this on your behalf.

For us to verify your mobile number, you need to confirm your identity by providing information such as:

⚠️Important: If your Salary Extras account doesn't include any of this data, we won't be able to verify your identity. Please enter this in Salary Extras under Personal Details before contacting us.

  • Date of birth.

  • National insurance number.

  • Employee or payroll number.

  • Home address.
