How can I add, amend or a verify a mobile number within my salary extras account?

You can add and verify your mobile number during the registration process.

If this process is skipped you can add this in at a later date , please contact us directly and we can complete this for you.

For us to verify your mobile number, you need to confirm your identity by providing information such as:

⚠️Important: If your Salary Extras account doesn't include any of this data, we won't be able to verify your identity. Please enter this in Salary Extras under Personal Details before contacting us.

  • Date of birth.

  • National insurance number.

  • Employee or payroll number.

  • Home address.
