Open the Digital Assistant (Fin)
Ask to speak to an agent
Let the agent know you would like to cancel your application

Cancellation requests must be made within 10 working days of your application date
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for cancellation
⚠️Important: If you've waived your cooling-off period or it has lapsed, you can't cancel your application.
