When an employee applies for a salary sacrifice scheme via Salary Extras, before they can receive the benefit, you need to approve or reject their application. To do this, follow the steps below.
Log into the admin platform then click the Schemes tab.
Click Your Benefits then click the relevant scheme.
Click Applications then, from the filter options, select Awaiting Approval.
For the relevant application, select the check box on the left.
From the Multiple Actions drop-down menu, select the relevant action.
Once you've done this, the employee will receive an automated email containing the outcome.
