If you've applied for a Cycle2Work or Technology Scheme in Salary Extras, to check the status of your application, follow the steps below.
Click your profile icon in the top-right.
Select Order History.
Next to the relevant application, click More info.
Check the Application Status field.
We've explained the four application statuses in the table below 👇
Application status | Description |
Awaiting approval | This means your employer hasn't approved your application yet. |
Pending | Your application is still within the 10 working day cooling-off period. You can cancel your application during this stage. |
In-Progress | The cooling-off period has expired, and we've sent the financial documentation to your employer. |
Dispatched | Your employer has returned the financial documentation, and we've dispatched the Letter of Collection to the nominated email address. |
