If your employer has chosen to use third-party finance for your Cycle2Work or Technology Vouchers Scheme, your application isn't processed until the application window closes and all applicants are outside of the 10 working day cooling-off period, subject to approval.
Once all applications have been actioned and the cooling-off period has expired, we'll raise the financial paperwork and send it to our finance partner.
Depending on your employer's internal processes, it can take up to a few weeks for the paperwork to be returned. Once we've received this, we'll dispatch your Letter of Collection (LoC) or vouchers to your nominated email address.
