Approve a new user access request

How to approve a new employee user to access the benefits platform.

If you have a new user or employee, before they can use Salary Extras, you need to approve their access. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to the admin platform then click the Employees tab.

  2. Click Pending Authorisation.

  3. Select the check box next to the relevant employee's name.

  4. Click Approve or, if there are multiple employees, click Authorise All Employees.
