If you've applied for an independent Letter of Collection (LoC), you can change the retailer on your application as long as you haven't redeemed it yet.
To do this, please contact us with your new bike retailer details.
📌Note: If the retailer you'd like to change to isn't an approved retailer with us, this may lead to delays in reissuing the LoC. There may also be instances where the nominated retailer doesn't wish to work with us; in this case, you would need to find an alternative retailer.
