When you apply for an independent Letter of Collection (LoC) through Salary Extras, you can nominate a retailer of your choice. If the retailer is already approved by us, we’ll assign them to your application automatically.
However, if your nominated retailer isn’t currently approved, we’ll reach out to them directly to see if they’re willing to accept LoCs. If they choose not to register, we’ll let you know.
If you’d like to confirm whether a retailer is approved before submitting your Cycle2Work application, here are a few ways to check:
Visit the retailer’s website: Some retailers mention Salary Extras or Caboodle on their site.
Contact the retailer directly: They may be able to confirm whether they accept LoCs.
Ask us to check for you: If you're unable to confirm with the retailer please get in touch with us including the below details:
The name of the retailer.
The retailer's address.
The retailer's website.
