Can I change my nominated retailer for my Independent Letter of Collection?

If you’ve applied for an independent Letter of Collection (LoC), you can change your chosen retailer — as long as the LoC hasn’t been redeemed yet.

✅ How to Change Your Retailer

To update your retailer details:

  1. Contact the Customer Service team

  2. Provide your new bike retailer details

  3. An agent will update your application

The quickest way to get support is through the digital assistant:

  • Log in to your Salary Extras account

  • Open the Digital Assistant (Fin)

  • Ask to speak to an agent


📌 Important Information

  • Your new retailer must be an approved retailer

  • If the retailer is not approved, reissuing your LoC may be delayed

  • In some cases, a retailer may choose not to work with us

    • If this happens, you will need to select a different retailer


Tip: Contacting us as soon as possible helps avoid delays in updating your LoC.
