If you’ve purchased a gift card through the instant discount and have not received it via email or within the app, don’t worry — the team can resend it for you.


✅ What You Need to Do

Please contact the Customer Service team so they can locate your order and resend your gift card.

💬 How to Contact Using Fin (Quickest Option)

  1. Log in to your Salary Extras account

  2. Open the Digital Assistant (Fin)

  3. Type a message and ask to speak to an agent

  4. Let them know you haven’t received your gift card

  5. Provide any relevant details (e.g. purchase date or retailer)

A member of the team will then resend your gift card for you.
