How to troubleshoot when receiving a 403 error when logging into salary extras

When you log in to Salaryy Extras, if you receive a 403 error, please try the following:

  • Clear your cache, history, and cookies on your device or browser.

  • Close and reopen your browser.

  • Try a different browser.

  • Check that you don't have a VPN connected. If you use a VPN, ensure you set the location to the United Kingdom.

Once you've tried this, if the error still appears, please contact us and include a full screenshot of the error, as well as details of the device you're using and the date and time the error appeared.
