To access a reward you will need to locate the benefit within your account, this is usually titled reward and recognition.
Once located you should then be able to see a reward balance and a 'redeem now' button. Select the redeem now button and this will take you through to the different retailers you can select to spend your reward.
You will need a verified mobile number to complete the purchase.
If you access your reward and do not see a balance please speak with your HR, as the reward may not of been sent over to you yet.
Please be aware if you get to the end of your purchase and it is asking for debit card details, you are in the incorrect section of instant discounts. Please locate your Reward using the steps detailed so the transaction will be taken from this balance.
