  • Open the digital assistant (Fin)

  • Simply type a message regarding your query , if Fin is not able to help you can then ask to speak to an agent.

  • You’ll be connected to a member of the team

  • Speak directly with an advisor during working hours

  • Send your query and a team member will respond as soon as possible
